Our approach is straightforward: each customer has a dedicated hosting box for their own business. We do not place different customers’ websites together in a shared hosting service. Your environment is planned around the websites, applications and workloads you need.
This gives us a clear place to organise your setup, agree the software it will run and plan changes as your requirements develop. The server specification, capacity and support arrangements are discussed before you commit.

You do not need to commission a website design project to use our hosting. If you want to build your own website, we can provide a WordPress environment ready for you to add pages, choose a design and develop your content.
Our WordPress hosting service includes WordPress pre-installed, onboarding, help connecting your domain, SSL and backups on a monthly subscription. We offer deployment of the WordPress hosting environment within two hours of your request. Website design, content creation and custom development are scoped separately.

Yes. We can provide WordPress pre-installed so you can create and update your own website. You can also ask us about individual design, development or support tasks.
Can I host more than one website or application?
Yes, we can discuss multiple websites and compatible applications for your dedicated environment. We review the software requirements and agree sufficient capacity before setup.

Does the two-hour setup include my finished website?
The two-hour offer covers deploying the WordPress hosting environment ready for use. Designing the website, preparing content, migrating an existing service or developing an application requires its own agreed scope.
